ABSTRACT:
Stability of eye drop is Check by Various Parameter as Prescribe by Different Pharmacopeia as Well As various regulatory authorities, eye drops are subject to different Temperature & humidity for different time period, the regulatory authority like USFDA, TCA, EU, CDSCO.etc prescribe the time period & different Conditions in which eye has to be put, Stability test for eye drop has gain importance due to the fact that the sterile formulation is marketed & utilized in different continent & countries which has contrast Climate Conditions like North & South America has cold climate on other hand Africa & Middle East Has Humid Climate Hence to withstand such Climatic Conditions, The stability test Was carried out.
